1 - Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment via PayPal only.

2 - Conditions

Access to this website and products available throughout this website are subjected to the following conditions. By using this website, you agree to all conditions set out in this website. We may update the conditions from time to time therefore you are advised to check this page regularly.

3 - Copyright

All product images, text description, logos and company name found in this website belongs to Your Blades. You may download and print the content for personal use. Any reproduction of the content either in the form of printed material or publish online in other websites is prohibited. If you need to use any of the content stated herein, you must obtain prior permission from us.

4 - Terms Of Sale

  • "You" refers to the user of this website and the purchaser of goods
  • "We", "Us" refers to Your Blades

By placing an order, you are agreeing to the purchase of goods from us and that you are over 18 years of age. Our confirmation order screen will detail the products you ordered, the total cost including VAT, delivery charges and an order number. A copy of the order number is also emailed to you once payment has been completed. As a precaution you should print out the order number for future references. This email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute a binding contract.

When we have despatched the goods, we will send you an email to confirm this has taken place. No contract will be formed between us until we despatch your goods. Please see section 4.3 for information about delivery / collection.

4.1 - Pricing & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices and images are correct at all times. However errors do occur. If this happens, we will rectify all errors within a reasonable timeframe. If we discover pricing error on the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be given an option to either cancel or agree to the correct price. If some of the items you ordered are not available, we will contact you and let you know.

4.2 - Payment

Orders placed online can be paid by PayPal only.

4.3 - Delivery & Collection

We will endeavour to despatch within 3 to 5 working days. You will be informed by email when we have despatched your order. Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive the order within the stipulated time, we shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from any failure to meet the delivery time. We will only deliver to mainland UK at this time.

Plese Note - Due to the police restrictions and government laws the purchasing of air rifles and air pistols are unable to be sent via mail order and therefore we do offer a delivery service within a 3 mile radius of Poole, Dorset or alternatively you can always visit us and collect the items via the contact details above.

We shall contact you if your order contains any items that are unable to be sent via mail order to arrange an alternative method of delivery / collection.

4.4 - Order Returns Policy

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible or within 7 days of receipt by contacting us. You will then be advised accordingly on the return procedure. In the event that we have dispatched your order, you will need to return the goods by following the general guidelines below.

Returns procedure

  • You will need to return the goods together with the email copy of your delivery invoice
  • You agree to return all goods in fully resalable condition and in original and undamaged packaging
  • You will bear all costs of returning the goods.

If we find that the goods returned are not in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge up to 50% of the original price which will be deducted from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4.5 - Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will always ensure all goods leaving us are damaged free. Should you received any items that are damaged, faulty or not what was ordered, you will need to contact us, quoting the order number within 7 days of receipt.

5 - Privacy Policy

We do not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and as part of the checkout process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

6 - Disclaimer

All weapons sold are subject to age restriction policy. Upon agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are confirming that you are over 18 years old. Functional items are sold for the purpose of proper usage whereas decorative items are purely for display. You must not intentionally use these weapons for the purpose of causing injury to another person. We will not be liable for any damages, death or personal injury arising from the negligence use of our products nor will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages or damages for loss of use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

We do not offer product warranties at this time.
